Terms & Conditions

1. Appointment Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance and confirmed once payment or deposit requirements (if applicable) are completed. By booking an appointment, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

• If an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the client will be charged the full price of the booked service.

• No-shows or missed appointments without notice will also be charged the full service amount.

This policy ensures fair scheduling and protects time reserved specifically for each client.

3. Service Upgrades & Look Changes
Clients must select the appropriate service package when booking.

If a client books a lower-tier service and later requests a more complex or advanced makeup look, the client will be required to pay the price difference to upgrade to the appropriate package before the service is performed.

Examples of upgrades may include but are not limited to:

• Complex or editorial makeup looks

• Special effects or artistic designs

• Full glam upgrades from natural or soft glam services

• Additional time or products required beyond the originally booked service

4. Sanitation & Hygiene Standards
Professional sanitation practices are strictly followed for every client.

• All brushes and tools are cleaned and sanitized after each use.

• Sponges are thoroughly cleaned or replaced between clients.

• Disposable applicators may be used when appropriate to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

Client safety and cleanliness are a top priority.

5. Client Responsibility & Skin Conditions
Clients are responsible for informing the artist before the appointment of any:

• Skin sensitivities

• Allergies

• Medical skin conditions

• Recent cosmetic procedures (chemical peels, laser treatments, etc.)

Sayfie Skin Makeup Services is not responsible for reactions or complications resulting from undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions.

6. Liability Disclaimer
Sayfie Skin Makeup Services is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur in connection with the makeup service, including but not limited to:

• Allergic reactions to products

• Skin irritation or sensitivity

• Client dissatisfaction due to undisclosed preferences or conditions

• Damage to clothing, personal belongings, or accessories

• Delays caused by client lateness

• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

Clients acknowledge that makeup products are cosmetic in nature and may interact differently with individual skin types.

7. Lateness Policy
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.

• If a client arrives late, the service may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.

• If the appointment cannot be completed due to lateness, the full service fee will still apply.

8. Payment Policy
Payment for services must be completed using one of the following accepted methods:

• Cash (paid at the time of the appointment)

• Venmo

• Online payment prior to the appointment

Clients may be required to pay in advance before the scheduled appointment in order to secure their booking. Failure to complete payment when required may result in cancellation of the appointment.

9. Right to Refuse Service
Sayfie Skin Makeup Services reserves the right to refuse service to any client at the artist’s discretion. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior

• Harassment or threatening conduct

• Contagious illness, infections, or unsanitary skin conditions

• Situations that compromise safety, sanitation, or a professional working environment

If service is refused due to these circumstances, cancellation policies may still apply.

10. Minor Policy
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at the appointment or provide written consent from a parent or guardian prior to receiving makeup services.

Sayfie Skin Makeup Services reserves the right to refuse service to minors if appropriate supervision or consent is not provided.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment with Sayfie Skin Makeup Services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These policies ensure a professional, hygienic, and fair experience for all clients.
